				Welding Inspectors:
				must have current AWS CWI and NDT Level II (UT-shear wave) certification. NDT Level II (RT, PT, MT), Level III, or NACE certification a plus. (Overseas travel may be required)
				Materials Testers:
				with current WAQTC, NAQTC or NICET certifications. ACI, PCI or CTM certification a plus.
				Resident Engineers/Assistant Resident Engineers/Structures Representatives/Construction Inspectors:
				with DOT experience and familiarity with Grading, Drainage, Asphalt Paving, Retaining Walls, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program/Plan (SWPPP), Traffic Control and Bridge Construction. Experience with both Steel and Concrete bridge construction methods in a marine environment, along with Professional Registration a plus.
				DSA and OSHPD Inspectors:
				ICC/ICBO certification a plus.
